My specialty is in Residential Resale in Prescott, with an emphasis on marketing and identifying special distressed properties. I have the proven market knowledge, skills, focus, and marketing systems in place to sell your home in your desired time frame and for the highest market price. For Buyers I take the time to identify true wants and needs to best locate the right house for the right amount of money to bring buyers and sellers together. I pride myself in my due diligence: discovering every morsel of information important to advocating for my client's best interests! Yes, I have a bunch of letters following my name, from ABR to ePro to CDPE (Certified Distressed Properties Expert) and soon GRI. The letters in and of themselves are not important. What is important is that I love to learn and I recognize the importance of staying up to date on real estate issues in order to be best prepared for any of the challenges that real estate transactions throw my way.
I am an enthusiastic go-getter! As a second year agent I was in the top 10% of Realty Executives Northern Arizona and the top 20% of all Prescott area realtors. I feel that anything I can do to facilitate your buying and selling experience, I will do. I work very hard to anticipate difficulties and either avoid them or figure out a solution before they become problems. I am the stress reducer!

Because I work in a smaller town and our local market is constantly changing, and changing ever more rapidly, I have embraced a variety of specialties in my 3 years as an agent. I started with an emphasis as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist because of the number of retirees in Prescott and because I moved here from the Bay Area in California to help care for my father. I had a built-in referral base as my parents were very well known and regarded, so it was a perfect fit! I continue to get referrals and repeat business from this wonderful group of folks.
Knowing that the web was the tool of choice for marketing and networking, I next embraced becoming an ePro so that I could ramp up my marketing and web presence and become a highly regarded listing agent. This is my primary focus today and my signs can be seen all around town!
With 1) the increase in market share of foreclosures, 2) current tax credits for first time buyers and move-up buyers, and 3) historically low interest rates, I have most recently worked with buyers, including First Time Buyers, to find screamin' deals and help them realize the benefits of home ownership.
As a listing agent I am also reaching out to homeowners in distress to help them to avoid foreclosure by selling their home as a short sale. I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert and assist sellers with respect and understanding to sell their homes and avoid the spectre of foreclosure. Because of my knowledge of short sales, I am confident in directing buyers to short sales also, allowing them to purchase a home at a significantly discounted rate.
Well, if your goal is to provide "Service Above and Beyond" then I would say you have met your goal. Though we haven't had a lot of experiences with folks of the Real Estate persuasion, we certainly feel that your guidance and unfailing up-beat assistance made the whole experience very easy and positive. I love my condo and wouldn't own it if it weren't for Lesley! She helped me realize what a great neighborhood this is and that the bank-owned condo could be fixed up into a beautiful home.
