Yes, I have a bunch of letters following my name, from Associate Broker to ABR to ePro to CDPE (Certified Distressed Properties Expert) and GRI.  The letters in and of themselves are not important.  What is important is that I love to learn and I recognize the importance of staying up to date on real estate issues in order to be best prepared for any of the challenges that real estate transactions throw my way. 

I am an energetic and enthusiastic go-getter!  My work ethic and dedication to client-first service has placed me in the top 10% of all Prescott area realtors in 2010 and I am well on my way to matching that accomplishment in 2011.  I feel that anything I can do to facilitate your buying and selling experience, I will do.  I work very hard to anticipate difficulties and either avoid them or figure out a solution before they become problems.  I am the stress reducer!

I am flexible and adapt to the needs of my clients and the market.  I am an associate broker in my firm and seek to educate, inform, and advise so that my Prescott AZ clients can accomplish their residential real estate goals.

Because I work in a smaller town and our local market is constantly changing, and changing ever more rapidly, I have embraced a variety of specialties in my 5 years as a Prescott real estate agent.  I started with an emphasis as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist because of the number of retirees in Prescott and because I moved here from the Bay Area in California to help care for my father.  I had a built-in referral base as my parents were very well known and regarded, so it was a perfect fit!  I continue to get referrals and repeat business from this wonderful group of folks.

Knowing that the web was the tool of choice for marketing and networking, I next embraced becoming an ePro so that I could ramp up my marketing and web presence and become a highly regarded listing agent.  This is my primary focus today and my signs with QR codes (Quick Response Bar Codes with listing and agent info for mobile phones) can be seen all around town! 

With the increase in market share of foreclosures and short sales, historically low interest rates, and a large inventory of well priced homes, I've worked with buyers, including First Time Buyers and those relocating or retiring to Prescott,  to find screamin' deals and help them realize the benefits of home ownership. 

As a listing agent I am also reaching out to homeowners in distress to help them to avoid foreclosure by selling their home as a short sale.  I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert and assist sellers with respect and understanding to sell their homes and avoid the spectre of foreclosure.  Because of my knowledge of short sales, I am confident in directing buyers to short sales also, allowing them to purchase a home at a significantly discounted rate.
